Whether you are having a wedding reception, 21st or other function, the Ridge Hotel is an all-purpose facility where your function will be one to remember. We cater for every style and taste and our reception rooms can seat up to 550 people.

From the Acacia Room, leading out to the Rotunda - perfect for pre-dinner drinks by the water feature - to the intimate Coachroom Bar, there are facilities just right for your party.

Larger rooms have a parquetry dancefloor so your guests can dance the night away.

The Ridge Hotel offers exquisite menu selections for both buffet and plated meals, a range of quality wines, professional theming and so much more. Our experienced banquets team provides unparalleled service, ensuring that your function is everything you have dreamed of.

Chair Covers

Chair covers are white fabric with a large choice of colours for the sashes. Your Function Manager has sash fabric swatches for your consideration.

Linen

White linen tablecloths and white linen serviettes are provided.

Tables

Tables in our function rooms are either round, seating 10 people, or rectangular, seating 8 people.

Pre-Dinner Drinks

We suggest you allow 30 minutes for pre-dinner drinks and canapes. A pre-dinner drinks area will be allocated depending on your numbers.

Special Dietary Requirements

We will be happy to cater for guests with special dietary requirements. Please speak with your Function Manager as prior notice is essential.

Wedding Cake

Our chef will be happy to cut your wedding cake into finger slices and place platters on your dessert buffet table, to be served with tea and coffee.

Bookings

Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days only. A deposit of the cost of the room hire is required with a signed Event Agreement.

Final Details

To ensure a smooth and successful function, all details relating to schedules, menus, beverages and room set-up are required 2 weeks prior to the event.

Confirmed Numbers

We require final numbers of your guests attending the function 7 days prior, at which time total pre-payment of your account will also be required.
